Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. A flat return shipping fee of E£150.00 will be applied. Returns are only accepted if the item comes in its original box with all original accessories included. We do not accept returns for items that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of use. However, if there is a factory defect, we will accept the return and cover the cost. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return. Our store mainly sells computer peripherals, so please ensure everything is intact and undamaged before initiating a return.
